Terms & Conditions for BHASHASUTRA By Innovative Bhasha Learning Solutions.

1. Account & Login Rules
* Each student must use their own individual login credentials.
* Sharing login ID, password, or course material with others is strictly prohibited.
* A student may log in from maximum 1–2 personal devices
(mobile/laptop/tablet).
* If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be blocked without refund.

2. Use of Google Classroom / Learning Platform
* Students must join the Classroom using their correct name and email ID.
* Students are responsible for checking announcements, assignments, and deadlines regularly.
* Any misuse of the platform will lead to suspension.

3. Course Access & Validity
* Course access is valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.
* Course content is for personal educational use only.
* Students must not share, sell, forward, upload, or distribute course material.

4. Test Series & Assignments
* All tests must be attempted by the student only.
* Any form of cheating, copying, or impersonation is not allowed.
* Submissions after the deadline may not be evaluated.

5. Fees & Payments
* Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Payment must be made before receiving access to classes or materials.
* Academy reserves the right to revise fees at any time.

6. Behaviour & Discipline
* Students must maintain respectful behaviour in all communication.
* Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will lead to removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
* All study materials, notes, videos, worksheets, and test papers are the property of Innovative Bhasha Learning Solutions.
* Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Technical Requirements
* Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and working device.
* The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s device.

9. Privacy & Security
* Student information is used only for course-related communication.
* Students must keep their login information safe and confidential.

10. Modification of Terms
* The academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
* Continued use of the services means the student agrees to the updated
terms.
